Our 22,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility in Umbhel, Surat brings fabrication, heat treatment, paint and assembly under one roof — so every Shakti implement is made, inspected and finished by our own team, on our own floor.
Machinery & capabilities
What's on
the shop floor.
From raw steel to a finished implement, every stage of production happens inside our facility — no outsourced fabrication, no outsourced finishing.
Fabrication & cutting
Heavy-gauge steel cutting, bending and profiling for frames, tynes and shanks — built to the exact grade and gauge on the spec sheet.
Heat treatment
In-house hardening and tempering of wear parts — tynes, shovels, discs and blades — for longer life in abrasive Indian soils.
Welding bays
Dedicated welding stations for frames, hitches and sub-assemblies, with fixtures that keep every unit square and consistent.
Paint shop
Surface preparation and painting under one roof for a tough, weather-resistant finish that holds up season after season.
Assembly & fitment
Final assembly of bearings, wheels, hydraulics and hardware, followed by a function check before every implement is dispatched.
Quality control
Every implement is inspected against its specification before it leaves the plant — and our products carry government test certification.
